Once a pricing plan has been purchased and the start day specified, refund due to cancellation is possible only if opted for 72 hours before the start day. Cancellation is still possible however, no refunds will be possible if applied for once the plan starts. Requests for cancellations can only be made at least 72 hours before the start day.
In the case of purchase of materials, tools, stationary, etc, no refund will be issued once the order has been placed. As part of the fraternity, a genuine case arising out of an unforeseen circumstance may be considered by the management on case-to-case basis. We do not make any deliveries to your address.
Return / Replacement
All products being used at our premises are checked for damage and quality upon their arrival at our workspace. Only after the required checks and approval, the items will be made available for you at our premises only. Any item(s) including materials, tools, stationery, etc. will not be eligible for return once paid for and picked up in person by the customer, from the Collab Therapy workspace. Collab Therapy won’t be liable for any damage caused to the product thereafter.
